Here are many frequently asked questions that we receive. We hope these may answer some of your questions about ordering from SOLID TOYS!

Do you have a physical store?
Yes we do! Our physical store is located in Collective Base Complex, Basement 2, Promenade Mall, Greenhills Shopping Center, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines -
Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?
Yes we ship internationally! We ship via DHL Air. Courier services outbound from the Philippines are very expensive so we start at PHP3000 or USD$60 for our items. This is the preset in our checkout. For smaller items that can fit into smaller boxes, please just place your order with the default shipping cost then contact us via Facebook or email to make the appropriate adjustments. We will also be contacting you if there are shipping adjustments needed to be made for bigger items! - How do I settle my down payment for my orders?
If you picked PayPal for your payment method and you have already completed checkout, no worries, you are all set! If you chose bank transfer, please just complete your transfer/deposit within 72 hours to avoid forfeiting your slot. We accommodate transfers from BDO, BPI, GCash, and Paymaya! - How long do I have to claim my order?
Upon arrival of your item, you will immediately be notified that it is ready for pick-up/delivery. Once you are notified, you have 2 weeks to arrange delivery or pickup of your item/s. We will not be responsible for reminding you about your unclaimed item/s. After 2 weeks have passed and the item is still unclaimed, we will deem your order forfeited. Down payment for the item is also forfeited and non-refundable. - How much will my shipping cost?
Upon checkout, you will be presented options for shipping! If you are located within Metro Manila, you can opt for store pickup or Grab/Lalamove at your cost. For outside Metro Manila, we use LBC and have a fixed rate for a specific amount of items (PHP320 within Luzon, PHP360 Visayas/Mindanao). If there are shipping adjustments due to size, we will contact you so we can settle the difference. -
When will my item arrive?
If the item that you ordered was a pre-order, the ETA will be stated on the product page. If there are delays due to things out of our control, we will post updates on our Facebook page.
